When the month is 30 or 31 days, then why is the validity of mobile recharge only 28 days? Because considering every 28 days as one month, one year will become 13 months.  28 is a magic number for a telecom company whose math is 28 x 13 = 364. This number of three hundred and sixty-four is equal to 365 or 366 means one year. That is, if you make every month 28 days in a year, then a year will be made of 13 months. Now you will also recharge for 13 months which means 13 recharge in a year. Now let me tell you how, after removing 28 days from every month of the year, equal days of 1 month are left.
